Little Lane Apartments

Located in east end of the Fremantle City Centre, the Little Lane development is a mix of 70 - 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments over seven stories and 500 square metres of ground floor commercial space for shops and cafes.

This development forms part of a larger, local government led, urban revitalization strategy for this part of the city centre. “Many years ago the council recognised that Fremantle had stagnated and we needed to do something to make the city a more attractive investment destination, get more people living and working here and get the local economy going again,” Mayor Pettitt said.
