Although the house is located on a long site, northern light and visual connections are maintained whilst an inner eastern courtyard facilitates open dual aspect to the living, dining and kitchen. A study at the rear also follies with such delights, plus offers an exclusive garden retreat.

The double volume space created over the  front terrace, not only overlooks the beautiful parkland of Lake Monger, provides an ideal entertaining space and effective shading element.

The lower ground accommodates family and friends making private spaces directly connected with the cool sunken courtyard. The master suite is located on the top floor and commands sweeping Lake Monger views.
