The collaboration between Harris Jenkins Architects, Webb Brown-Neaves and Yolk Property Group saw the successful design and delivery of 21 two and three level terrace, premium quality townhouses in North Coogee.

The nature of the site, with odd shaped lots has led to an intricate architectural outcome that’s really highlighted by the clever design of the finished house footprint. The design maximises the total lot coverage site, which was delivered in four separable portions.

Stage one delivered 5 two storey architecturally designed terraced homes that were all sold during construction. Stage Two delivered 5 three-storey, three bedroom, lofted homes. Stage 3 involved the completion of 4 terraced homes. Stage 4 saw the remaining 5 x 2-storey homes.
