Evermore Apartments are split across two buildings offering a 'walk up' style development that takes sustainable living to a new level. It was the first apartment development for sale in Australia to utilise shared solar and battery technology in a strata-setting and was the first apartment development in WA to be recognised by the Bioregional Australia Foundation as a One Planet Community and national leader for a commitment to sustainable living.

Also, affordability was a key focus from the outset, including minimising ongoing costs through cross ventilation design, the installation of solar and cutting-edge solar battery storages and innovative governance systems to allow apartment owners to sell electricity to each other, has resulted in an impressive 80% reduction in energy consumption.

“Evermore Apartments are an example of simple but well executed design that offers a range of affordable 1, 2 and 3 bedroom products, in a sought-after location. Affordability has certainly not come at the expense of quality or amenity, with the central courtyard providing off-street parking and a welcoming place for residents to meet and engage. This project demonstrates that sustainability and affordability can be delivered hand in hand.”
